DRY 85 & Red Red Wine Bar
For Brian and Lisa Bolter, the former television journalists behind three Maryland restaurants, Plaine Studios built two very different brands from the ground up. Red Red Wine Bar + Bistro, on Annapolis’ Main Street, is a cozy, New Orleans–influenced wine bar, so we gave it a distressed crimson wordmark wrapped in script flourishes and carried it through its menus and website. Its sister, DRY 85, is a modern industrial take on a Prohibition-era speakeasy, with a vintage badge, diamond-plate textures, and brass accents that follow it from Annapolis to Ocean City, in print and online.
Both websites run on a custom content manager we designed and built, where one login lets staff update hours, events, and menus for every location right on the page. Each site is also built for search and AI answers, with structured data for every location, menu, and event. The result is two distinct brands with one simple way to keep them current.
