Cellular Skin Rx, a Califronia-based skin care line, needed a modern refresh of their online store that facilitated PayPal integration and a content management system that allowed a novice user the ability to maintain the website.

We delivered a comprehensive e-commerce site utilizing a custom-designed WordPress theme and e-commerce system driven by WooCommerce focused on making the science of skincare approachable and attainable. 

I worked as the project and product manager, connecting our design team and the owner of Cellular Skin Rx. I spent time understanding the needs of the company, communicating those needs to our team, arriving at a scope of services and features needed, developing a roadmap for delivery, and ensuring its successful execution. From there, we successfully built the site out on budget and on time. In addition, I delivered extensive product photography, built out the custom WordPress theme and configured both a dedicated Linux server environment as well as the online store for fluid transactions from the customer’s credit card to the company’s bank account.
