1st Lake needed a robust backend application to manage an inventory of nearly 10,000 apartments in the Gulf South and a dynamic frontend to attract lessees in a highly competitive market.

The site features a robust property management application, custom built for 1st Lake using php/MySQL. It interfaces through a custom WordPress theme and also features integration with third-party tools such as real-time lead tracking and integration with other real-time property management services. 

I worked as the project and product manager, connecting our design team and 1st Lake’s marketing and management teams. I spent time understanding the needs of the client, communicating those needs to our team, arriving at a scope of services and features needed, developing a roadmap to delivery, and ensuring its successful execution. We successfully built the site out on budget and on time.
